These are the images given by Bashar. After a quick looksee, it all appears to work in the following way.

Open the meditation audio in wimp or whatever.
Immediately open the first image.
The meditation makes a noise after each minute which means you cycle immediately to the next image.
After 15 minutes, all images have been looked at for 1 minute each and the meditation will have ended.
Do this for 3 days in a row. After that, do whatever you feel is appropriate for you.

An easier way might be to just create a slideshow in Irfanview and set it to change every minute.
