Hi all,
I'm really getting into kundalini and yoga to open and access my sexual energy.
Firstly, with transmutation or cultivating sexual energy, does this actually create a radiance, as in do women notice this? Or is transmutation only good for focusing it on something such as my goals or finances?
Is there any good resources for exercises and techniques to clear the chakras, and cultivate a strong sexy presence?
Or even a practice I can do, say in the morning before work, that will clear away any blockages/negative emotions that suppress my sexual energy.

I realise this is an old thread, however it has many views and so folks must be interested in this subject.
There are a couple of books by Mantak Chia called Cultivating Male Sexual Energy (and another for females too) which you may be interested in. These document how to using the tantric method. They are aimed at both couples and single people so you do not have to be in a relationship to use the techniques.
Having read the 3 books by Robert Monroe about out of body travel or astral travel, he says that sex is something you probably should not get hung up on. He says sex is far better in the other realities as there it is a merging of energies between the two beings - rather like a super-orgasm.
