I recently learned how to dowse, and my subconcious mind chose CW for Yes, CCW for No, Left-Right for Maybe and Up-Down for "I don't want to answer right now".
Anywho, I was wondering if there was some sort of way for me to practice. I don't know, like a website that randomly generates a coin, but doesn't show it to you until after it decides what it is.
Any tips or ideas would be welcome. |

| I just ask my pendulum questions with a yes or no answer and supprising it always seems to give me the answer right. I just use my pendulum for myself. I find it very interesting indeed. |

One way to practice is to get 3 coins, 2 of the same denomination (and date if possible), and a third coin of a different denomination.
Place the 2 similar coins about a palm's width apart and hold your pendulum in your search position halfway between the two coins. Start swinging your pendelum back and forth between the two coins. Start with a small swing and watch it build up to longer swings. You can feel the similarity of the two coins and you can feel the attraction between the pendulum and each of the coins. Move the coins around and practice.. note how your pendelum reacts.
Now put the third coin in the place of one of the similar coins. instead of it pulling towards the two coinss your pendulum will either go in a circle or another motion. Place all 3 coins out and feel the difference in the swing between each coin.
It also helps me if I don't form my query in the question form. Instead use a normal statement like: "My hair is red." and not "is my hair red?" Then see how your pendelum moves. |

Can pendulums be used to tell your own future or do your emotions cloud the answers given?

It seems that the more you care about the result, the more likely you are to influence the result with your sub mind. So, first you have to get rid of all expectations, and care nothing about the result, then the results are more likely to be accurate. I got some nice books on dowsing,

Along with the previous post, it is also possible to tell your future. BUT, the future is always variable, and so you can only choose one of those variable outcomes.
IF you were to know which choices to make leading up to that specific variable, then yes, you can tell your future.
Since you most likely would not sit there and divine every single choice upon choice up to the moment you are worried about, there is no way to 100% divine your future.
It is easier to do short term futures such as "it is safe for me to drive on the interstate on this day". Or "it is safe for me to drink this city water."
The future is always dependant upon your choices, and you have free will. So even if you were to get a 100% accurate picture of a moment in your future, you have the free will to choose a different variable, and almost always will once you have looked into the future. In fact, just the act of "seeing" your future is a catalyst that has an impact on your future. So, it is almost like, "yeah it would have happened if I hadn't spoiled the surprise."  |

To use the pendulum, hold the end of the thread lightly between the thumb and first two fingers of one hand. Your hand should be held comfortably at about shoulder height so that the ring hangs down freely.
Now simply TELL the pendulum to move back and forth. Do NOT try to make it swing by moving your hand - keep your hand still while staying relaxed. You will find that the pendulum starts to move as directed, slightly at first and then with increasing amplitude (keep up the mental intention). Now tell the pendulum to stop. The swing will quickly reduce until the pendulum stops moving. |

| You can use the different tips that will be there for all the uses that are promoting. On the other hand, do my writing and you will have the option to show all the tips that will regulate all the criteria. |
