can anyone help me please...

When I start with listening brain waves, my eyes closed, I saw everytime a "rectangle" Very dark black border rectangle...Well I am new trying these techniques but can that have a meaning ? If no it is ok as well Wink

Could the rectangle be 2x 3,4,5 triangles joining at 5.
