Hi guys,
I tried to use the technique where you're standing on your feet and you imagine roots going into the ground. Then energy coming up through the body and into the hands. I'm really bad at visualising unfortunately. I usually realise after a few seconds that I've stopped 'seeing' energy going into my hands. But after a while my left foot began to tingle which is unusual as I was standing. And I began to feel a very faint coolness in the centre of my hands. It felt like there was a slight breeze in the centre of my palms.
Is this right? Did I actually create something?
Thanks

-BACK TO BUSINESS-
Hi!
Yeah, believe it or not you created a Ki (perhaps a Psi) ball. Though you aren´t able to actually see something, the simple fact that you feel it is enough. Now try to program and throw it or do something good with it. Try to heal someone, for example.
There is also a technique (seems easier to me). Just visualize the Ki/Chi/Qi in your Tan Tien/Hera (about 2 inches below your navel) and make it go to your cupped hands. Visualize it with all your senses: watch the energy flowing, feel it, hear it, smell it, taste it if possible . Again, programe it and do something good with it.
When you have become a Ki Master post some of your own techniques!
GOOD LUCK! |

Hey Fen,
I didn't actually 'feel' a ball, just the tingling.
Is that still considered a ki ball? Can a ki ball actually affect solid objects? Does the ki ball gain intensity the longer you hold it?
Thanks

Hi Magnatolia!
Yes! The tinglin sensation is indeed the Ki Ball´s energy. And yes, it can affect solids as well as the spiritual, it all depends on how you program it and how much energy you add to it.
It is not how long you hold it, but how much energy you add to the ball. Of course you will have to hold it longer to add more energy (if you aren´t an expert), but if you are just holding it without adding energy then nothing special will happen .
GOOD LUCK! |

The tingling feeling is the beginning of feeling the energy ball and creating it. It really helps to go to chi kung classes and strengthen your dan tien. The more open you are the more you can attract the energy into your body and move it between your hands to create the chi ball. As you progress you will find it becoming more like two magnets pushing and pulling your hands apart or together depending upon your condition and intentions. Later you will have to learn to practice meditation and get into a very deep state to further manipulate the energy.
Practice feeling your body and don't think too much. Try to maintaiin a constant or level headedness and observe your will power and intention. Don't make your body hard. Make your body soft and allow the energy to flow through. You may feel some energy passing through your joints like a squeeky door...
One thing to always keep in mind when making the chi ball or doing this type of stuff... When you create anything you first create it in yourself, then you send it out into the world and if you have someone in mind you create that feeling or thought in them. If you do somoething bad then you are magnifying the effects and it will come back to you many times harder than you can ever expect. Its all about karma, so respect that. Use your power for good and you will reap the rewards of good karma. Be careful what you wish for.
Best wishes... |

Well, you did create a chi flow. As to if it formed into a spheric shape only depends on your intention and visualization.
The near-impossible phase is to condense enough chi into a small spheric area that we will continue calling a chi-ball, dense enough so that it's electr-magnetic inference would be able to actually interfere with the electro-magnetic field of other objects, thus creating a possibility for physically influencing other exterior matter from the use of the tool you would have made as this chi-ball.
Thank you for your patience as i was expelling this intellectual diharea.
It takes quite some patience, determination, and a high energy level to manifest physical phenomena from channeling ki. I have not yet myself acquired this specific trait, so i will not speak as if i knew what i was talking about. I will keep on exchanging on those other phenomenas that i am familiar with. |
