When I first got into researching these avenues I came across a book(which I no longer recall the name of sadly) that had a tutorial on how to build a PK(psychokinesis) enhancer[see picture of fancy one below]. The ones I was making(I read this book when I was 8, 1988 - the first time I noticed a Lightbody activation.) I used a rectangle flat pink eraser with a push pin through the center and a square piece of paper folded into a pyramid to rest on the push pin. Then its focus focus focus. Pretty amazing being able to spin the top plate in whichever direction you want.

So basically, my interests vary so far there is no definitive path that I am aware of. Smile

Sounds like a psi-wheel. Anyway I've been meaning to put some serious effort into PK (psychokinesis, same as TK), but I need to work on thought control first. I get into a meditative state but my thought just go wild. Once I get some results I'll be sure to make a thread.

A word about the elements:

In Hermeticism it is said that there are four elements plus the akasa element, or ethereal principle. All of the elements have positive and negative poles representative of constructive and destructive qualities, respectively of course. Fire rule expansion and heat, whereas Water rules coldness and shrinkage. Air is not exactly considered an element of itself as it is the mediator between Fire and Water. Its qualities being warmth and humidity, the keys to sustainability of organic life. Like the element of Air, Earth is not technically an element in the sense that Fire and Water are. It is formed of the interaction of all the above listed elements, its quality being the solidification of Fire, Water, and Air. Finally, the Akasa is all that is the uncreated, timeless, and space-less principle from which all other elements have descended or originated from.

I got all of this information from the Franz Bardon book "Initiation into Hermetics"

Its translated to english? so what language was that? Pretty interesting right? how different languages are spoken but still we can communicate

You got interested in this when you were eight? Wow i wish i could have learned about this stuff sooner though i doubt i would have been able to keep it a secret since i was a kid.
A pyschokineses enchancer (wrong sp.sorry) i got to make one of those... (though maybe i will do it in 2011 when i have more free time) Smile

But its really amazing that you could move the thing (mashallah)....up till now i havent done anything visible at all (unless if you count healing that is, only to fix my throat which wouldnt let me sleep at night)

And terrelljacobson so you are into tk too? I thought that if i mastered self-levitation then i would move on to objects (though i know it would be years of hard work before i can move onto that)
and thnx about the tip on the elements.
I think that the elements are connected somehow, only in different states, for e.g. wind, water, air and earth , are all made up of particles right? In fire they are reacting and moving (cant exactly name it )
in water they are in a liquid form, in air gas form and in earth solid form
now i know that i keep on changing my definitions of the elements but please bear with me
