Yes you are right about needing a gale to lift a person off the ground......but i was thinking it more as a helping to 'lift off' kind of thing you know....a boost to help you get up...even though it is impossible to do it alone with areokineses i believe it can somewhat help a little (though thats not what i said before so i am now correcting myself Smile

)
Also yes i agree that areokineses nor hydrokineses is really not my element but i dont know what my element is anymore....but i am sure that if i keep at them for a very long time then something will definitely happen.....you know the more time you spend studying the better marks you get (not always true) but i dont think i can keep at them now....but someday (maybe after uni) i will come back to learn them (even if only a little i still want to know how it feels like being able to tune into an element)

Often your star sign can shed some light as to what element you are closely affiliated with, It is not always the case, but I find it to be true more often than not.

Zodiac aside, not everyone has elemental powers. Atleast not naturally.
to know if you are attuned to any elements, you usually can 'feel' them. have some sense of them.

Well i think its very rare for anyone to have elemental powers naturally,
usually the rate of learning is different like some people learn them faster than others......i think anyone can master them (though it would be very difficult and would require A LOT of patience and will power ) but it isnt impossible
hahahahahaha my zodiac sign is Cancer....which is the water sign....but i dont think it helps much since water really hates to stay still just for one second esp. when i am trying to sense it.....sometimes i can feel it pulling me along but i dont think thats anything cuz i am sure if anyone stands still then they can feel the waves (talking about the swimming pool btw since if i try at home would be caught in a second)

Okay, so, water works differently than the other elements. Actually, they all work differnetly than with eachother, although wind and fire is somewhat similar, you just work different parts of the same thing and you effect it. they are actually shockingly similar for being so vastly different.
hmm... Anyway, for air you take control by being a fixed point and concentrating it to a certain way, sort of like concentrating a working field around you, spreading your mind to cover it... for fire it's almost the same thing except the concentration is condensed to a near singular point instead of being spread out. Well, for nominal control, nothing too advanced, so don't try doing that in a middle of a forest fire or a tornado, you'll toast yourself alive or get literally blown away.
for water... it's like making a break point, i guess you can call it, that can alter or change the flow. Or you can attune the water within yourself to the water around you, but there is the obvious dangers in that if you lose control or go too deeply too quickely.

ofcourse this is how i precieve on doing it, atleast for the beginner stuff that i'm willing to share. then again, i was born with some innate elemental control that just needs refinement.
But, hopefully this helps a wee bit.

Now, for levitation, you just need to, how do i put this, lessen the hold of your personal gravity to less than the natural downward pull, in which i call a temporal gravitational anomaly. Basically, you make your "G-force" negative (everyone experiances 1G standing still on earth) or possibly 0G.... though you'd need a way to anchor yourself to one spot... OH! You make a blip in the air around you in the gravitational pull that is 0G, inwhich you are suspended in the no-grav air bubble, but the gravity outside of it should be enough to hold it in place so you don't go floating off into nothingness. though you'd need to place a negative g zone under you to keep the downward force from pushing you to the ground.

And how do you do that, you ask? Well, for those who have been following along and are clever enough to figure it out, hush and don't spoil it for the rest of them!
alright now, for the rest of you, just think, how does gravity work? Yes, yes, we all know gravity is the force of a larger object attracting and pulling on a smaller object. But how does it work? what makes it happen? Well, it's the same answer on why the stars don't pull and crash into eachother! And what governs them, you say? That's right! Dark matter! It is the invisible stuff that keeps the stars from amassing into one giant cataklysmic cluster.

Now, back away from the cosmos and to gravity here on earth, all you gotta do for levitation how i described is by displacing dark matter. Well, displacing the echo that we feel..

Gravity is actually one of the weakest forces in our universe, it is a signature of a force which is emanating from another theoretical dimension. Dark energy is the driving force which pushes, and is responsible for the expansion of our universe. It is like gravities polar opposite, and is in fact, more powerful than gravity. If one was to manifest dark energy around themself then levitation would naturally ensue. The only trouble is I feel it would have a warping effect with the two forces creating a space time disturbance, loss of time, etc.

the application of dark energy is more subtle than that, and highly more dangerous. at most, there is a mere fragment of dark energy accessable here on earth, in which you have to filter through the natural energy fields on earth, as well as the solar energies from the sun to use it. it is also, if you try manifesting any of it, the equivilant of quite a few atomic bombs going off. atleast the concentrated physical manifestation of it is.

Hello, first off really sorry abt the late reply....( i am currently in study mode these days so my time on this site has been curtailed to once a week)
And now Caerdon about your explanation on gravity and dark matter, I wont say that i understood all of it, but it did give me a clear picture on what I have to do, actually I had tried to....you could say cancel out gravity before (months before btw just playing around) and well i did feel something (although it was taking a REALLY long time), i dont think the air bubble has to be big it could just be like one inch around your body right? Though i didnt manage to do that i was able to get the slight 'feel' of whats its supposed to be like (although i do admit at that time i wasnt really sure if it was real or if my mind was just playing tricks on my nervous system)
Thankyou for the explanation on how to control (cant find a better word) elements it was really helpful and i will remember ur words next time before trying it.

Thankyou also xxxx for the info on gravity and dark matter, i agree with you on the fact that if you cover yourself with dark matter energy then it could cancel out (or go against since its more powerful) gravity.
the only problem is though....i really dont trust myself in being able to even sense dark matter let alone control it.....though for all of those who can control dark matter, its a thumbs up since you get levitation for free!

Caerdon I can't say that i understood all of your explanation (I dont think my interpretation is all correct) BUT since i understood half.....does that mean I can get half a cookie?

Well now levitating that i havent heard about in years lol and from what i recall the only way to levitate was to meditate for 22 years pretty much non stop to strengthen your mind and a clear and pure mind set once youve been able to do that then you would be able to levitate but not for long about 2 inches of the ground and thats about it idk how much of that is true but that was what i heard years ago

i think we have all wanted at some time in our lives to possesss what seems

to be super human capacities .

whether levitation is possible or not , i don't know .

the question i ask myself is ; why would we want to be able to do this ?
